No — Taliara is software, built by a solicitor but not a law firm, and it doesn’t give legal advice. Routine company filings, data rooms and e-signature are unregulated. A solicitor-supervised legal layer (contract review and more) is in development and will be provided under separate engagement terms by a regulated practice.
